Hey there.  I’m Peggie.

I’ve been called funny, intense, talkative, compassionate, competitive and a Really Kick-Ass Dancer.  (if you like the way Elaine from Seinfeld dances.)

Here’s the deal.  I’ve worked in nearly every industry in the Washington DC region except the White House.  My job titles (if you’re into that type of thing) have included Regional Vice President, Director of Sales, Administrative Assistant, Sales Trainer, Recruiter and Entrepreneur.

I’m all about change.

Change can be scary stuff.  Personally, I’ve held on, white-knuckled, to the status quo more times than I care to admit, even when I knew that change was the only thing I could really count on.

Changing house (I’ve moved at least 20 times since leaving my parents’ house. That I can remember); changing relationships (some of those moves occurred because of a change in marital status); changing jobs (I’ve been called chronically unemployable, which is why I’ve started, sold and started more than 4 businesses of my own); and changing beliefs.   Change is a real thing. I’ve been there which is how I know for a fact you can handle it.

My changes got easier once I knew for sure WHY I was here on the planet and chose to make decisions based on my truth.

You can initiate change when you’re ready.  In any situation there’s something that’s urging you to move. forward.  and it’s not always easy!  So I help you do that.  I help you face the changes you want to make and deal with the ones you’re afraid of!

I love working with bright, successful entrepreneurial minded women who know they’re meant to make a difference in the world but need help figuring out precisely how to put their dreams into reality.

I know you’re passionate but you just need a little nudge to get the ideas out of your head and into the world.  That’s my specialty, going from brainstorming to implementation in a few short months.

A few more facts that may interest you:

  • I’m a certified professional hand analyst.  Your hands are the tools to connecting with your action plan.  More than 6 years working with hands have convinced me that they are the only assessment tool you ever need to connect with your own gifts and truth.
  • Animals and I talk.  Often.  If you want to talk to me about your pets I’m always happy to listen.  In my previous life I even owned a professional pet-care company (sold it 2007).  Your animals are a unique window into your inner workings.  They can be valuable in our work together.  There’s something really special about “pet people,”  and I love working with people who love their animals.
  • I live and work in the DC Metro region of the US but I have clients all over the US, Canada and Europe, New Zealand, Australia and China.  Thanks to the gift of the internet we can do our work together by Skype, phone or IM and email.
  • People are usually surprised to find out (in no particular order), I’m a certified Introvert (INTJ to be exact); I love watching TV and am not afraid to admit it; and I’m an ex-smoker (people seem to think that we spiritual peeps are above the vices I guess.
